I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Essex, collaborating on eye research with the University of Oxford and Stanford University. With a PhD in Computer Science from the University of St Andrews, my work focuses on gaze estimation, eye movements, and their application in interactive systems. My primary goal is to democratize robust eye-tracking on mobile devices, exploring how gaze can enhance everyday digital interactions.
Beyond my core research, I investigate the critical privacy and security implications of AI-driven eye-tracking. I am also a co-founder of the Seminar of HCI, a global community connecting Chinese HCI researchers. I am always open to exciting collaborations and welcome inquiries.
